Basketball pick-ups of the week:
(1) Chris Duhon - PG - Knicks: I am definitely not the first to tout Chris Duhon (especially after his recent 22 assist performance) but Mike D'Antoni is to point guards as Bill Belicheck is to quarterbacks and Mike Shanahan is to running backs. Even with the inevidible return of Nate Robinson, Duhon will continue to be a great source for assists and has averaged roughly 40 FP/G over his last 15 games (43 FP/G since the trade of Jamal Crawford).
(2) David Lee - PF - Knicks: Again, I am not the first to jump on the Lee bandwagon, but since the Zach Randolph trade, Lee is averaging a ridiculous 58.2 FP/G. The majority of his points are coming in the form of rebounds, and while these numbers will decrease, I think he can be a 50 FP/G guy, which would make him a top three PF (Duncan and Nowitzki being the others) in Sandbox.
